The property accommodates up to 4 guests and features two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own TV. For your convenience, there are two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, including a filter coffee maker and an espresso machine. High-speed Wi-Fi is available, ideal for video calls and remote work. A fan is also provided. The gîte is on one level for easy access. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use. Outdoors, enjoy a private garden and a barbecue area, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing in nature. Parking is available directly on the property. Your hosts live on-site but ensure your privacy with a separate accommodation. The village, 2 km away, offers a grocery store, a bar, and several restaurants. Bergerac is 20 km away, and Bordeaux is about an hour’s drive. Pets may be accepted upon prior agreement with the hosts, as other animals live on the property and it is not fenced. You can do your own end-of-stay cleaning or choose the optional cleaning service for an extra fee.
